City Line Family Medicine physicians specialize

focusing on prevention and early recognition of disease. Ninety percent of
our patient's conditions are evaluated and treated by our doctors. Patients

The development of a multi-specialty center practice model provides
accessible, comprehensive, coordinated and continuing patient care. With
services ranging from cardiology to urology, most patients medical needs can

above. Our onsite physical therapy facility is well equipped to treat
injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, at the workplace or home. The

Additionally, a full range of employer and
occupational health services are also provided at City Line Family Medicine.
The office conducts routine and random drug testing for several large
employers. No appointment is required for our drug testing services. Drug
testing results are typically reported within 48-72 hours. Our physicians
have extensive experience with workmen's compensation and have an excellent
record of maintaining both patient and employer satisfaction during the
treatment of work related injuries. Same day appointments are available for
work related injuries. Pre-employment and interval employment physicals are
provided with tuberculin testing (PPD), immunizations (Hepatitis B, MMR,
Polio and Tetanus) and routine drug testing depending on the employers
needs. Next day employment physical appointments are usually available.
