Things to Know

• Fasting (nothing to eat or drink other than water for 10-12 hours before blood work) is usually required for any testing for diabetes or lipids (cholesterol or triglycerides).

• A lab slip or prescription will be required to obtain lab testing.  Please obtain a lab slip or prescription prior to visiting the lab for testing.

• The lab you will visit is dependant upon your medical insurance.  Contact our office to determine what lab will provide your testing services.
