service is not intended for emergency requests. If appointments, prescriptions,
test results,
or referrals are needed within 24 to 48 hours then contact the
office by telephone at 610-617-1300.

The appointment, prescription,
test result, and referral e-mail request service
is available only to current, already-established, patients defined
as those patients who have had at least one face to face consultation
with a physician of City Line Family Medicine and currently
receives medical treatment at the office.

E-mail appointment, prescription,
test result, and referral requests are processed Monday through
Friday from 9am - 4pm. E-mail requests sent or received after 2:00pm
may not be responded to until the following business day.
Normal business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of
holidays.

E-mail attachments sent will not be opened and
are automatically deleted.
